Silver State Volleyball Registration
Thank you for joining Silver State Volleyball Club!
This season players will need to register separately with the club AND with the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA), which is a part of USA Volleyball.

PLAYERS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED WITH EITHER NCVA OR ANOTHER USA VOLLEYBALL REGION
Players who have played Club Volleyball in ANY USA VOLLEYBALL region in previous seasons will need to go to RENEWING MEMBER REGISTRATION.
If you remember your login information from previous seasons, fill in your User Name and Password and complete the registration process. If you do not know your User Name and Password then you will need to REQUEST A LOGIN on left side of the page.
Once you have your User Name and password, log in and follow the directions to complete the registration and pay the $60 fee using a credit card. When you see the Membership Option section, please select "NCVA Junior Membership."
At the end of the registration process, print out the Registration card AND the USA Volleyball Medical Release form. Please SIGN the Medical Release Form where indicated (both the player AND a parent need to sign the form) and bring the original or a copy of both the Medical Release form AND the Membership Card to the club and drop them in the box on the front counter.
The $60 membership fee will be credited to your account when you turn in the copy of your registration card.
PLAYERS WHO HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED WITH NCVA OR ANOTHER USA VOLLEYBALL REGION
Players who have never played before will need to follow the NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION link, and follow the registration process and pay the $60 fee using a credit card. When you see the Membership Option section, please select "NCVA Junior Membership."

RETURNING SILVER STATE VOLLEYBALL CLUB PLAYERS
Players who have registered ONLINE for a camp, clinic, tryouts or played last year please use the boxes below and enter your LAST NAME and Birthdate in the correct format (yyyy-mm-dd).
NEW PLAYERS WITH SILVER STATE VOLLEYBALL CLUB
Players who have never played for Silver State or registered ONLINE for any previous camps, clinics or tryouts should use the NEW PLAYER option below.

There will be 2 forms for all players to complete at the end of the Silver State Volleyball registration process: NCVA Letter of Commitment form and the Uniform Sizing Sheet. Please remember to sign the NCVA Letter of Commitment form where indicated (both the player AND a parent need to sign the form).
Make sure the player’s name appears on the Uniform Sizing Sheet. If it is not printed out on the form, please hand-write the player’s name on the form.
Please drop the following forms and your first payment in the box on the front counter at the Club:
- USAV Medical Release Form (print from USA Volleyball registration)
- NCVA Letter of Commitment Form (signed as required)
- Silver State Volleyball Club Uniform Sizing Sheet
